Employment Outcomes

Students who complete the Diploma of Food and Wine Management and Operations have the potential to take a leading role in the development and promotion of wine and food enterprises anywhere in the world or to develop specialist skills through further studies. Graduates of the Diploma of Wine and Food are working in the areas of: Cellar Door Sales, Wine marketing, Guest Management, Function management and Fine Wine Sales

Students are given the opportunity to apply wine, food and tourism knowledge to management and marketing planning and development, strategic planning and promotion, problem solving strategies for wine and food enterprises, creative marketing possibilities, research and planning
