      Employment Outcomes

      Successful completion of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) courses (Certificate IV in OHS and Diploma of OHS) will provide graduates with the knowledge and skills they require to gain employment and appropriate qualifications to work in occupational health and safety as an OHS Coordinator/officer and government health and safety inspector.

      Note: Completion of a TAFE SA course does not guarantee an employment outcome. Formal requirements other than educational qualifications (eg licensing, professional registration), may apply to some occupations.

      Qualifications & Skills Covered

      Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
      9 units from: Creative thinking; Customer service; Financial administration; General administration; Innovation; Interpersonal communication; IT support; Marketing; Occupational health and safety; Relationship management; Sustainability; or Writing.

      Note: Students who successfully complete only one or more units of competency within this Qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment.
