From a line-up of the region’s top up-and-coming culinary talent, budding chefs Tom Naige (chef at The Rocks Restaurant) and Jarryd Caudle (chef at The Pot Food & Wine) have won the South Australia heat of the 2012 Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award.
Having gone head-to-head with nine other young chef teams in a cook-off challenge hosted yesterday at TAFE SA kitchens, the talented two will now have their skills put to the ultimate test against Australia’s best at the National Final.
