TIROS @Regency, the $3.5 million state-of-the-art student training restaurant at Regency Campus, opens to the public again on Tuesday 20 March for both lunch and dinner.
TIROS @ Regency is operated through the TAFE SA Hospitality and Cookery Programs at Regency Campus and provides ‘on the job’ training in a functioning restaurant increasing students’ skills and employment opportunities.
The style of the restaurant reflects current industry trends with a friendly, fast paced atmosphere and an intimate alfresco dining area.
The contemporary bistro-style menu features freshly prepared dishes using locally sourced ingredients, such as award-winning Beerenberg condiments and Meat Standards Australia (MSA) graded Holco Fine Meats. The beverage list boasts some of South Australia’s finest wines and local beers.
The dishes are prepared by students studying Commercial Cookery and Patisserie and served by Hospitality students.
TIROS @ Regency is open for lunch from 12 noon and dinner from 6pm Tuesday to Friday from 20 March to 13 December (excluding August).
