The Artisan Cheese Making Academy Australia is the country’s only training and education Academy dedicated to Artisan Cheese courses.

The Academy, based in Adelaide, South Australia, supports Artisan Cheese Makers and the Industry through best practice education, mentoring and technical services to increase knowledge, raise awareness and the growth of skilled Artisan Cheese Makers and Cheese.

With the assistance of some of the world’s leading cheese masters, a comprehensive range of highly professional, high impact courses have been developed to assist industry not only acquire the skills required to produce world class artisan cheese but also operate effectively and profitably.
