Staff Profile: Judi Brooks
Born and bred in the Clare Valley, Judi has travelled and worked extensively in major wine regions around throughout the world, including those in France.
Judi began teaching wine education in 1996 in WA’s Margaret River region. In 2001 she moved onto teaching wine evaluation and sensory evaluation of wine and food and subjects in the Diploma of Food and Wine at the TAFE SA Barossa Valley Campus.
In 2010 Judi was involved in Judging for the Limestone Coast Wine Show and the Australian National Amateur Wine & Beer Show.
