In this year’s oration, Adam Kimber SC DPP scrutinises the role of the Department of Public Prosecutions and the progress made in the twenty years since its inception.
TAFE SA’s Justice and Policing Studies Department has hosted the event for ten years, and its Educational Manager, Ben Gibson, welcomes anyone interested in legal and justice issues to attend.
“The Annual Oration provides a valuable opportunity for TAFE SA students to hear from one of the State’s senior law officers on legal and justice issues of interest to them,” he said.
“The oration attracts a diverse audience including legal and justice practitioners, students from TAFE SA, universities and other educational institutions and the general public.” Date:
