Your jobseeker may have a variety of experience, former training and qualifications which can be credited to the course they want to study. If they have done similar study in the same program area, they may be able to reduce study time and costs by applying for Credit Transfer of their previous units of study, with no fees for these units. If they have relevant work/life experience or study in a different area, they may be able to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
. The cost for these units is half of what would normally be charged. It is easy to do this and all it takes is a chat with one of our professional educational staff at course counselling sessions prior to enrolment or when the classes get started. If this is something your client would like to explore ask them to talk to the lecturer who can assist them from there.
We realise that circumstances change from time to time for our students, and they may not be able to continue with their study. No problem, if fees have been paid and the student is part way through training, they/you may be entitled to a refund. Talk to our staff about the circumstances and a Withdrawal & Refund form
