Top-up classes

High school students (year 10, 11 or 12) can apply to study Electronics and Computer Systems Engineering units.

Successful completion of these units will provide:

  • enhanced chances to gain an apprenticeship in the Electrotechnology industry
  • credit towards further study
  • some of the skills required for working as an assembler in the electronics industry

Teacher PD opportunities

High School and Primary School teachers with an interest in electronics are invited to take advantage of the Teacher Professional Development Opportunities offered by our School:

  • be part of the Design and Technology - Electronics study group
    (1 day/week , problem-based learning  customised for teachers)
  • join our VET students in studying one off units or skill sets. Take advantage of our flexible training options: face-to-face, self-paced or online; day or evening classes.
  • bring your whole class to TAFE to study 
  • New Teacher PD Program
