Our management courses are designed for those working in leadership or coordination roles or those aspiring to management roles. Candidates need to have previous work experience in the relevant sector in a job that involved self directed application of knowledge, exercise of independent judgment and decision making plus a range of technical and other skills. Participants are required to apply their study to their current workplace.

Employment Opportunities

This course aims to solidify career development practice and extend students into an awareness of broader theoretical underpinnings for careers work. Students learn to contextualise resources and activities within a career development framework and to embed their learning in a workplace project of their choosing. The face-to-face learning is dynamic and interactive with transformative leading-edge practices and methodologies designed to deepen personal and professional insights. Students will have ongoing access to a rich reservoir of information and resources.
