Resource Commercial Furniture has always believed that training both informal and formal is an important part of our business strategy.
We have always provided internal training and while this helped and supported new and existing staff on our internal procedures, it did not provide them with the tools to look at ways of performing processes and procedures that would improve the business and—more importantly—their skill level.
