Our retail courses provide training in customer service and selling, employee relations, inventory management and loss prevention. Students develop skills in finance, administration and merchandising. Our retail courses also provide pathways into retail supervision and management.

Our retail programs offer a progression of skills, from sales assistance and checkout operation, to supervision and leadership and even management.

The Certificate IV in Retail Management is a 12-month course that gives students the knowledge and skills necessary to lead, manage and train staff, as well as manage financial resources. Students are taught to observe necessary human resources and workplace health and safety requirements.

The Diploma of Retail Management is an 18-month award. This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to review and implement improved systems and processes to align a business with their strategic direction.
