Mini "The Not Normal Movement"

Now if I was a Mini driver I would have been pretty excited to receive a coffee, muffin, flowers or a wash and wax.  This would have certainly generated considerable social media, however are they preaching to the already converted?  The innovation is exciting and customers do need to be rewarded for loyalty.  Perhaps once a Mini owner, always a Mini owner!  This would certainly encourage you to maintain your brand loyalty and continue to create mini evangelists.
