Effective customer service is key in any business, especially for customer contact and call centres. TAFE SA offers industry specific courses to provide you with the customer service skills needed to undertake complex customer interactions in a range of areas using multiple computer or telephone techniques.

Our Certificate II and Certificate III in Customer Contact programs provide students with knowledge and skills that can be applied to any position with customer interaction. Our Certificate IV in Customer Contact prepares students to provide leadership to team members.

Using industry relevant technologies, our courses provide students with multiple specialised service skills to manage customers, required in complex sales and service support.  Our customer service courses develop our students’ ability and provide strategies in handling difficult situations and enquiries, and understanding of how to effectively deploy field service staff.

These qualifications provide students with a variety of software skills highly sought after by employers including Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills.
