I have been very fortunate to work with Windmill Theatre on various productions in Adelaide and interstate, including touring this year to the Sydney Festival. They are a wonderful company that really nurtures up and coming individuals,” Alex said.

Maxine Le Guier, Technical Production and Design Coordinator said: ‘We are very fortunate to have the support of many industry employers like Windmill, including the Adelaide Festival Centre, State Theatre Company and State Opera, Patch Theatre, Staging Connections and many others. It’s quite common for Technical, Production and Design students to be offered employment well before they finish their course.’

"By involving industry in training and assessment - students are assessed by industry professionals on work placements - the industry can have confidence that AC Arts students and graduates are work-ready for the practical, 'real-world', demands of the job," Maxine said.

"My hopes for the future regarding my career would be to continue working with colourful and vibrant companies. To also push myself personally and professionally to build on existing abilities and skills," Alex said.
