2012 Australian Ceramics Triennale at AC Arts

TAFE SA Adelaide College of the Arts (AC Arts) is a key host to the 2012 Australian Ceramics Triennale Subversive Clay. Involving over 70 speakers and 30 exhibitions across the West End and city of Adelaide, the Triennale runs from 28 September to 1 October 2012.

AC Arts ceramics lecturer, acclaimed ceramic artist Mr Peter Johnson is chair of the Ceramic Triennale.

AC Arts is abuzz with workshops and lectures with a sell-out master class by internationally renowned Japanese figurative ceramic artist Akio Takamori.

The exhibition Subvert is currently running in the Light Square Gallery showcasing significant ceramics from artists across the globe including Akio Takamori), Clare Twomey, Nicole Cherubini and Anton Reijnders.

AC Arts has strong a record of producing leading ceramic artists including Klaus Gutowski.
