TIROS @ Regency is the newest of TAFE SA's training restaurants open to the public.
The bistro-style facility at TAFE SA Regency Campus has a fresh, modern menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, beer and wine.
The venue has seating for 130 guests, both indoors and al fresco, and is perfect for a quick business lunch, celebrations or casual dining.
Training restaurants like TIROS enable students to gain industry experience in a commercial, fully operational setting. TAFE SA hospitality students carry out all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, bar, table service and kitchen duties.

Open Tuesday - Friday. Lunch from 12.00 noon, dinner from 6.00 pm.
TIROS is open most of the year, from March to December, depending upon student availability.
Bookings are essential.
